We offer nicely appointed 1 bedroom and batchelor suites in a highly sought after location.  Vacancy rates are at an all time low in Barrie and we are fortunate enough to be able to serve professionals and military personnel on the IR program that need comfortable, fully furnished, turnkey accommodations.  The location is central to downtown entertainment, bars and restaurants as well as the prime beach and park area close to the water.  Just a quick walk to the bus terminal or the Allandale Go station makes a trip into Toronto so easy.  As well the location is close to hwy 90 that goes straight to Base Borden in under half an hour.  The complex has onsite security and an indoor pool/hottub as well as community/recreation room and gym.  Indoor parking garage spot is included as well as many other features like utilities, TV, cable, high speed internet, phone, kitchen supplies, bedding and linens.  Just bring your suitcase.
